Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window
You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date of your order to request a return. If you received your order on July 1st, you have until July 14th (inclusive) to initiate the return process.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for return and refund, your Enneta Complete Nutrients must meet these requirements:
- Unopened: The package must be completely unopened and sealed in original condition
- Undamaged: The product box and bottle must be in good condition with no signs of tampering
- Original packaging: Must be in the original packaging we sent
Opened or partially used products cannot be returned. This is a food safety requirement; once a supplement is opened, we cannot resell or donate it.
3. Return Process
Step 1: Contact Us
Email info@zoepure.top or call +1-503-441-2756 with your order number and reason for return. Include photos of the unopened product if possible.
Step 2: Receive Return Instructions
We'll provide you with a return address and confirm the return process. We'll also send you a prepaid return label (if applicable).
Step 3: Ship Back
Pack your unopened product securely and ship it to the address we provide using a courier of your choice. We recommend tracking and insurance.
Step 4: Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (typically 3-7 business days), we'll process your refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable courier service (UPS, FedEx, USPS with tracking) to ensure your package arrives safely.
5. Refund Amount
Full refund of the product price ($36.99). Refunds do not include:
- Original shipping costs (covered by us)
- Return shipping costs (paid by customer)
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrived damaged or with missing items, contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will:
- Replace the product at no cost
- Issue a full refund (including original shipping)
- Provide a prepaid return label for the damaged item
This is separate from the standard return policy and is not subject to the 14-day window if reported promptly upon delivery.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following are NOT returnable:
- Opened or partially used products (food safety)
- Products shipped more than 14 calendar days ago
- Products that show signs of use, damage, or tampering
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
8. Refund Delays
Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item. However, your bank may take an additional 3-5 business days to post the credit to your account. If you don't see your refund within 21 days, contact us immediately.
9. Right of Withdrawal (EU Directive 2011/83/EU)
Customers in EU member states have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU. This right applies to the same conditions as our return policy above.
10. Cancellation Before Shipment
You can cancel your order before it ships (usually within 24 hours of ordering) for a full refund. Contact us immediately at info@zoepure.top to request cancellation.
11. No Questions Asked… Within Reason
We stand behind our product. If you're not satisfied within the 14-day window and your product is unopened, we'll process your return without requiring an explanation.
